The Woodbine Inn located in Pennsauken NJ was a great local hot spot for many people in the South Jersey area. The Woodbine was also a popular place for Philadelphians as it was located near the Betsy Ross bridge. Proms, wedding, reunions were all held at the Woodbine Inn. Local radio DJs held long running dance parties there on Friday and Saturday nights.
Who can forget Nero’s? The famous Fiddlers Lounge. It was my first restaurant job.
